Blessed is this world

You feel for me, you cry for me
That I might not see tomorrow
That I might be forty and still be bedridden
That I might never be happy

But answer me, Mother,

When there is so much love and positivity
When I have friends who care not if I don’t have hair
When people keep me in their prayers, everyday
How can I complain?

Into One World

Just a few steps from here to there
A little walk to the chain of defense
The iron wrinkle
The rusted snake
Lets step beyond the line
Into one world –
Mine and yours
With the others who belong

It’s enough dirt and gunpowder
It’s enough blood and sick power
It’s enough loss and caution
Enough lost bargains and foul traps
Lets step beyond the line
Into one world –
Mine and yours
With the others who belong

We’ll play together in your home
I’ll cook you a meal in my attic
Forget the past, lets stop the fights
Lets pray together, lets just smile
Lets step beyond the line
Into one world –
Mine and yours
With the others who belong

Silence - A wonder

Truth betrays trust
Yes, it sometimes does
Let your lips not move in grumbling
Let your mind not lose its cool
Let there be a guide

The empty chambers of Darkness
will give you warmth of wisdom
The stillness of your solitary conscience
Will help you break the prison
Let it help you look at peace

Shake hands with your self
Lose yourself, seek yourself
Silence soothes
Embrace it
Let it heal you with your own voice
